Key Responsibilities
- Develop interior design concepts and mood boards
- Create space plans and detailed layouts
- Prepare construction drawings and design documentation
- Select materials, finishes, furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E)
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and vendors
- Conduct site visits and monitor project execution
- Present design proposals to clients and incorporate feedback
- Manage project timelines from concept to completion
Requirements
- Degree/Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, D5 Render, Lumion, Revit, or similar design software
- Strong understanding of space planning and detailing
- Good communication and client management skills
- Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Residential or commercial interior design experience preferred
