Job Summary
We are looking for a Technical Service Advisor – Voice Process to provide technical support and customer assistance over phone calls. The ideal candidate should have experience in handling technical service inquiries and coordinating with service technicians.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls related to technical service.
- Provide first-level technical support and troubleshooting over the phone.
- Coordinate with service technicians for customer issues and appointments.
- Record customer complaints and maintain service reports.
- Follow up with customers to ensure timely issue resolution.
- Maintain accurate call and service records.
- Deliver excellent customer service and support.
Requirements
- Experience in a technical support or service advisor role is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in Malayalam and English.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/Excel).
- Strong problem-solving and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with the technical service team.
