About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Marketing Associate to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should possess a blend of marketing knowledge and basic financial awareness, with strong communication and relationship-building skills. This role involves supporting marketing initiatives, conducting market research, engaging with clients, and assisting in business development activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients, market trends, and business opportunities.
- Prepare presentations, reports, proposals, and other marketing materials.
- Support client acquisition and relationship management efforts.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of marketing activities.
- Assist in creating awareness regarding financial and taxation-related services, including TDS, GST, and related compliances.
- Maintain records of marketing activities and prepare periodic performance reports.
- Represent the company at meetings, events, seminars, and networking opportunities as required.
- Travel within and outside Nagpur for business-related activities (2–3 times per month).
Candidate Profile Requirements
- Fresh MBA graduates with relevant internships may also apply.
- MBA in Finance or Marketing.
- Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience as a Marketing Executive, Marketing Associate, or in a similar role.
- Basic understanding of Finance, Taxation, TDS, GST, and related concepts.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Willingness to travel as required for business activities.
