Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Senior Guest Service Associate (GSA) to lead front office operations and ensure outstanding guest satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, leadership qualities, and hands-on experience in hospitality operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle guest check-in and check-out processes efficiently
- Ensure high standards of guest service and satisfaction
- Train and guide junior GSAs and front office staff
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly
- Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments for smooth operations
- Maintain accurate guest records and reports
- Upsell resort services and promote offers to guests
- Ensure compliance with company policies and SOP
Requirements:
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Front Office / Guest Relations
- Prior experience in a resort or hotel is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Leadership and team-handling abilities
- Proficiency in hotel management software (PMS)
- Presentable personality with a customer-focused approach
- Flexibility to work in shifts
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management or Hospitality
- Experience in luxury or resort property
