Position Overview
New Noida Industries Pvt Ltd is looking for an experienced Labour Supplier / Labour Contractor to provide skilled, semi-skilled, and unskilled manpower for ongoing infrastructure and construction projects. The candidate/vendor should have the capability to arrange and manage labour workforce efficiently as per project requirements and timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Supply skilled, semi-skilled, and unskilled labour for construction and infrastructure projects.
- Ensure timely deployment of manpower at project sites.
- Arrange labour as per project requirements including masons, helpers, electricians, welders, carpenters, bar benders, fitters, operators, and other workers.
- Maintain attendance records, manpower reports, and labour documentation.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws, safety regulations, and site discipline.
- Coordinate with site engineers and project managers for manpower planning.
- Handle labour replacements and additional workforce requirements during urgent project needs.
- Ensure workers follow safety standards and company policies at site.
- Maintain smooth coordination with company management and site teams.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Prior experience in supplying labour for construction, infrastructure, or government projects.
- Strong network and availability of skilled and unskilled workforce.
- Ability to mobilize manpower quickly as per site requirements.
- Knowledge of labour compliance and site safety practices preferred.
- Good coordination and workforce management capability.

- Experience in government infrastructure projects.
- Capability to handle large manpower requirements across multiple sites.
- Reliable workforce management and timely deployment record.
