Job Description:
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to develop engaging visual content for real estate marketing campaigns. The role involves designing digital and print creatives that enhance brand presence and generate leads.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design marketing creatives for real estate projects (brochures, banners, flyers, hoardings)
- Create social media posts, ads, and promotional graphics
- Develop visual content for digital campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.)
- Work closely with the marketing team to execute campaign ideas
- Ensure brand consistency across all designs
- Edit images and create basic motion graphics/videos (preferred)
- Prepare layouts for print and digital media
- Stay updated with latest design trends
Key Skills Required:
- Proficiency in design tools (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDRAW, Canva, etc.)
- Basic knowledge of video editing tools (Premiere Pro, After Effects – preferred)
- Creativity and attention to detail
- Understanding of branding and marketing concepts
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects
Experience:
- 1–4+ years of experience in Graphic Designing
- Experience in real estate or marketing industry preferred
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
