Job Title: Head of School / Principal

Job Summary
The Head of School is responsible for providing strategic leadership and overall management of the school. The role involves ensuring academic excellence, staff development, student welfare, parent engagement, and efficient administration while maintaining the school's vision and values.
Key Responsibilities
Academic Leadership
- Lead and monitor the implementation of the curriculum.
- Ensure high standards of teaching, learning, and assessment.
- Review academic performance and implement improvement strategies.
- Promote innovative and student-centered learning practices.
Staff Management
- Recruit, mentor, and evaluate teaching and non-teaching staff.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and professional development programs.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work culture.
Student Development
- Ensure student safety, discipline, and well-being.
- Promote holistic development through academic and co-curricular activities.
- Address student concerns and support inclusive education practices.
School Administration
- Oversee daily school operations and compliance requirements.
- Develop and implement school policies and procedures.
- Manage resources, facilities, and infrastructure effectively.
Parent & Community Relations
- Build strong relationships with parents and stakeholders.
- Address parent concerns professionally and promptly.
- Represent the school at community and educational events.
Admissions & Growth
- Support student admissions and retention initiatives.
- Contribute to the school's growth and reputation.
- Collaborate with the management team on strategic planning.
Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Education or relevant subject.
- B.Ed./M.Ed. preferred.
- Minimum 8–15 years of teaching and educational leadership experience.

Pay: ₹65,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
