What You'll Do:

Lead the design, development, implementation, and support of SCADA and PLC-based industrial automation solutions.

Define technical architecture and solution design for automation projects.

Develop and maintain PLC control logic using Schneider Control Expert.

Configure, develop, and optimize SCADA applications using AVEVA System Platform.
-
Design HMI screens, alarm management systems, trends, dashboards, and operator interfaces.
-
Integrate PLC, SCADA, HMI, and field devices to ensure seamless system operation.
-
Lead system testing, Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT), Site Acceptance Testing (SAT), commissioning, and startup activities.

Troubleshoot complex automation, SCADA, PLC, and communication-related issues.

Review technical designs, code quality, and project deliverables to ensure compliance with engineering standards.

Coordinate with customers, project managers, engineers, and operational teams throughout project execution.

Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to developers and automation engineers.

Support project planning, effort estimation, resource allocation, and risk management activities.

Develop and maintain technical documentation, design specifications, test procedures, and operational manuals.

Ensure automation solutions meet operational, reliability, performance, and maintainability requirements.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives and promote automation engineering best practices.

Support system upgrades, migrations, and lifecycle management activities.
Expertise You'll Bring:

5 to 10 years of experience in Industrial Automation, SCADA, and PLC development.

Strong hands-on experience with AVEVA System Platform.

Experience developing and maintaining industrial SCADA applications.

Expertise in PLC programming and control system development.

Strong experience with Schneider Control Expert.

Knowledge of industrial control system architecture and automation engineering principles.

Experience integrating PLCs, SCADA systems, HMIs, and field instrumentation.

Strong understanding of industrial communication protocols such as Modbus, Ethernet/IP, OPC, TCP/IP, and related technologies.

Experience performing FAT, SAT, commissioning, and startup activities.

Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex automation and control system issues.

Experience leading technical teams and managing automation project deliverables.

Strong knowledge of engineering documentation, change management, and quality processes.

Understanding system reliability, performance optimization, and operational excellence.

Experience working with multidisciplinary project teams and external stakeholders.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
