Position Overview
Shaktipeeth School is seeking a dedicated and dynamic TGT English Teacher to teach students of middle and secondary classes. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong command of the English language, and the ability to develop students’ reading, writing, grammar, and speaking skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Teach English to students of Classes VI–X as per the prescribed curriculum.
- Prepare lesson plans, assignments, worksheets, and assessments.
- Improve students’ grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and communication skills.
- Encourage reading habits, creative writing, and classroom discussions.
- Conduct regular tests, evaluations, and provide academic feedback.
- Maintain classroom discipline and create an engaging learning environment.
- Use innovative teaching methods and digital tools to enhance learning.
- Prepare students for examinations, debates, speeches, and literary activities.
- Participate in parent-teacher meetings, school events, and staff training sessions.
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in English or a related subject is preferred.
- B.Ed. qualification is preferred.
- CTET/TGT qualification preferred.
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
Required Skills
- Strong command over English grammar and literature.
- Effective classroom management and student engagement skills.
- Ability to motivate and mentor students.
- Familiarity with smart classroom teaching tools and digital platforms.
- Creative and interactive teaching approach.
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
