- Manage daily office operations and ensure smooth administrative activities.
- Maintain and organize office files, records, and important documents.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence professionally.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for employees and management.
- Monitor office supplies inventory and place orders when required.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and administrative documents as needed.
- Support HR activities such as employee onboarding, attendance tracking, and record maintenance.
- Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and maintenance teams for office requirements.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain office discipline and cleanliness.
- Assist management with administrative tasks, data entry, and special projects to improve operational efficiency.
