We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Senior Associate for Marketplace to manage marketplace operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for various aspects of the brands in e Commerce platforms. An ideal can be someone who can be a 2+ years of experience interested in beauty & personal care and would like to build a career in this industry.

Responsible for driving sales and revenue growth on multiple E commerce platforms such as Purple, Nykaa, Meesho, etc.

Doing market research, understanding competition market trends.

Responsible for product cataloging, A+ content, and search engine optimization of the listings

Managing relationships with related personnel within the designated marketplaces with Internal and External Stakeholders.

Optimizing shipments/POs to reduce stock-out time and save costs.

Preparing weekly and monthly reports and working with management & seniors to forecast future performance.

Handling Inventory management in case of deficits.

To work with brand/creative team for inputs related to marketing activities

2+ years of managing e-commerce sales, with a BTech/BCom/MBA/ other bachelor's/master’s degree

Interest and willingness to learn about the beauty & personal care sector is a strong advantage

Strong presentation skills and ability to effectively communicate the objectives and needs of the brand to all stakeholders.

Proven ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
