Role Objective
Lead the technical implementation and strategic sales support for Shivoham’s high-end conditioning monitoring systems. This role acts as the technical authority and a key revenue driver for the South Region, bridging the gap between complex engineering solutions and client business needs at Railway substations, Power grids, and Heavy Industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Pre-Sales & Solution Architecting: Lead technical discovery sessions with C-suite executives and Chief Engineers. Translate pain points (e.g., unplanned downtime) into customized technical proposals and ROI-based business cases.
- System Design & Site Surveys: Conduct comprehensive site surveys at power plants to design custom sensor layouts for transformers and motors. Ensure the technical solution aligns with the client’s commercial budget.
- Technical Sales Presentations: Conduct high-impact product demonstrations and "Proof of Concept" (PoC) presentations for major stakeholders like KPTCL, BMRCL, and Tata Electronics - among others.
- Project Leadership & Implementation: Supervise the installation of RTV HVIC coatings and high-voltage field protectors, ensuring projects are delivered on time to trigger billing milestones.
- Advanced Diagnostics & Reporting: Analyze data from cloud-based systems to provide predictive maintenance reports. Use these reports to upsell additional services or upgraded hardware modules.
- Client Relationship Management: Act as the primary technical point of contact. Manage the "Technical Sell" by resolving complex integration issues with client SCADA/EMS systems and maintaining long-term account health.
- Bid & Tender Support: Assist the sales team in preparing technical compliance documents for government and PSU tenders (e.g., Railways/State Discoms).
Qualifications
- B.E./B.Tech in Electrical/Electronics Engineering.
- Technical Expertise: Hands-on experience with Transformer Health Monitoring Systems (THMS) and Vibration Analysis. Knowledge of Industry 4.0 protocols (Modbus, MQTT, OPC-UA).
- Commercial Acumen: Proven ability to support sales cycles, handle technical objections, and understand project costing/profitability.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to explain complex IoT/Engineering concepts to both technical staff and non-technical procurement heads.
Pay: From ₹1,200,000.00 per year
