Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily civil construction activities at the mill site.
- Allocate work to masons, carpenters, bar benders, helpers, and contractors.
- Ensure work is completed as per drawings, specifications, and project schedule.
- Monitor RCC work, brickwork, plastering, flooring, structural works, and finishing activities.
- Coordinate with site engineers, vendors, and subcontractors.
- Check material usage and minimize wastage.
- Maintain daily progress reports and manpower records.
- Ensure proper curing, alignment, levels, and quality standards.
- Monitor safety practices and ensure workers use PPE.
- Handle site-related issues and report progress to management.
- Assist in estimation and material planning.
- Ensure housekeeping and discipline at the construction site.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of civil construction methods and site supervision.
- Ability to read civil drawings and layouts.
- Knowledge of RCC, steel, masonry, and finishing works.
- Good leadership and labor-handling skills.
- Understanding of safety procedures and quality control.
- Basic knowledge of construction materials and measurements.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
