Profile: Factory Supervisor
Job Description:
- Supervise daily factory operations and workforce management
- Handle counting and monitoring of production units, inward, and outward material movement
- Maintain accurate inventory and stock records
- Coordinate dispatch, loading, unloading, and warehouse activities
- Ensure production targets, quality standards, and timelines are achieved
- Monitor machine operations, safety, and shop floor discipline
- Prepare daily reports in Excel/Google Sheets
- Identify operational issues and ensure smooth factory functioning
- Experience in manufacturing/fertilizer/chemical industry preferred
Salary: upto 30000
Location : Kanota, Rajasthan
Experience : Min 5 years
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
