We are looking for a well-groomed and customer-focused Beauty Advisor to represent KIMIRICA at our SIS counter inside Shoppers Stop.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and create a warm, premium shopping experience.
- Understand customer needs and recommend the right KIMIRICA products.
- Explain product features, benefits, fragrance profiles and usage clearly.
- Drive counter sales and achieve individual and monthly sales targets.
- Upsell and cross-sell products based on customer requirements.
- Build strong customer relationships and encourage repeat purchases.
- Maintain complete knowledge of KIMIRICA products, new launches and offers.
- Ensure the counter is always clean, well-stocked and visually appealing.
- Maintain KIMIRICA’s grooming and brand presentation standards.
- Support billing, stock checks and day-to-day counter operations.
- Handle customer queries and feedback professionally.
- Coordinate with the Shoppers Stop team for smooth counter operations.
- Maintain daily sales and other required reports.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in beauty, skincare, cosmetics, fragrance, premium/luxury or lifestyle retail is preferred.
- Strong communication and customer-handling skills.
- Good selling and convincing abilities.
- Well-groomed, confident and presentable.
- Comfortable working with sales targets.
- Good product learning ability and attention to detail.
- Positive attitude with a customer-first approach.
- Candidates from Kolkata or nearby locations preferred.
