- Guest Service & Relations: Greet guests, assist with seating and menu selections, resolve complaints, and ensure overall guest satisfaction.
- Staff Supervision & Training: Lead and train front-of-house staff, conduct pre-shift briefings, assign tasks, and ensure adherence to service standards.
- Operational Management: Oversee daily operations, coordinate with the kitchen to manage orders and product availability, and ensure smooth table turnover.
- Service & Presentation: Ensure correct table settings, handle food and beverage service with enthusiasm, and maintain high-quality standards.
- Cleanliness & Safety: Monitor and maintain cleanliness in the dining area and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Financial Management: Manage cash handling and billing accuracy, assisting with revenue and expense tracking.
- Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory of food, beverages, and other supplies.
