We are looking for a smart, creative, and result-oriented Performance Marketing Executive to manage and grow our online business across websites, social media, and eCommerce platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Google Ads, Meta Ads, content marketing, marketplace management, and online sales growth strategies.
The role involves increasing traffic, leads, conversions, and sales for our educational portals, eBook platforms, and marketplace listings including GeM, Amazon, and Flipkart.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and manage Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns for lead generation and sales growth
- Create and optimize high-converting ad campaigns for websites, eBooks, and educational products
- Monitor campaign performance, ROAS, CPC, CTR, and conversion metrics
- Develop marketing strategies to increase online sales and brand awareness
- Handle product promotions and sales growth on Amazon, Flipkart, and Government e Marketplace (GeM)
- Optimize product listings, titles, keywords, and descriptions on marketplaces
- Create engaging marketing content including social media posts, ad creatives, reels, and promotional captions
- Coordinate basic graphic designing and video content using Canva or similar tools
- Perform audience targeting, retargeting, and funnel optimization
- Analyze competitor strategies and identify new growth opportunities
- Work closely with the team to improve website conversions and customer engagement
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in Performance Marketing or Digital Marketing
- Practical experience with Google and Meta Ads
- Knowledge of Social media marketing
- Experience handling GeM portal, Amazon Seller Central, or Flipkart Seller Hub preferred
- Understanding of sales funnels, lead generation, and conversion optimization
- Familiarity with Canva, AI tools, and content creation
- Basic knowledge of SEO and WordPress preferred
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Ability to work onsite from Meerut office
