Working Hours: 11:00 AM – 11:00 PM
Salary: ₹20,000 per month
Job Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Guest Relationship Executive (GRE) to manage guest interactions and ensure a memorable experience at our Social Arena & Entertainment Zone. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a pleasant personality, and a service-oriented approach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist guests in a warm and professional manner
- Handle guest inquiries, bookings, and service requests
- Ensure smooth coordination between guests and internal teams
- Address guest concerns or complaints promptly and effectively
- Maintain high standards of hospitality and customer satisfaction
- Support promotional activities and events when required
- Maintain records of guest feedback and daily reports
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Presentable and well-groomed personality
- Ability to handle guests calmly and professionally
- Basic computer knowledge preferred
- Prior experience in hospitality, entertainment, or customer service is an advantage
