Key ResponsibilitiesDesign Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed production drawings using AutoCAD.
- Create cutting plans, layouts, and shop drawings.
- Prepare CNC nesting files and machine-ready programs.
- Verify dimensions and specifications before production.
- Coordinate with the production team to ensure drawing accuracy.
- Modify designs based on site measurements and client requirements.
- Maintain design records and project documentation.
CNC Operation Responsibilities
- Operate CNC Router machines safely and efficiently.
- Load materials and monitor machine operations.
- Set up tools, bits, and machine parameters as per job requirements.
- Read and understand technical drawings and cutting lists.
- Ensure accurate cutting, drilling, grooving, and machining operations.
- Inspect finished components for quality and dimensional accuracy.
- Perform routine machine cleaning and basic maintenance.
- Report machine issues to the maintenance team.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD.
- Knowledge of CNC Router operation and programming.
- Understanding of modular furniture manufacturing processes.
- Ability to read technical drawings and production plans.
- Knowledge of sheet optimization and nesting software.
- Good measurement and problem-solving skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, MS Word).
Qualification
- Diploma / ITI / BCA / Any Degree.
- Relevant experience in CNC operation and furniture/interior design.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
