Key Responsibilities:
Outbound Calling: Proactively reach out to potential Contractors those are providing Labours
Requirements & Skills:
Experience: 1 -2 years Proven experience as a Telecaller
Salary : 18k - 22k
Communication: Excellent communication skills in Hindi
Soft Skills: Strong persuasion, active listening, and negotiation skills
Technical Skills: Basic computer Knowledge
Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a degree is a plus
Attitude: Patient, confident, and able to handle rejection.
