Witness The Fitness is on a mission to help busy professionals transform their health through sustainable fat loss and lifestyle coaching. Our flagship 12-week coaching program has helped clients lose up to 26 kg in 24 weeks, improve their energy levels, and achieve healthier blood markers through personalized guidance, accountability, and proven systems.
Compensation
- Base Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month (Based on experience)
- Incentives: Performance-based incentives on top of base pay
- With the volume of leads in this role, incentives are tied to real earning potential.
About the Role
- This is not a cold-calling role.
- You will be speaking with warm leads who have already shown interest through our marketing campaigns and are actively looking for a solution to their weight loss challenges.
- Your role is to understand each prospect's current situation, uncover their motivations, answer their concerns, and confidently guide them toward enrolling in our coaching program.
- If you enjoy consultative selling and believe sales is about solving problems rather than pushing products, you'll thrive in this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct one-on-one sales consultations over Zoom.
- Understand the prospect's lifestyle, health challenges, and transformation goals.
- Present the coaching program in a personalized and consultative manner.
- Handle objections with confidence and empathy.
- Follow up consistently with warm prospects who haven't yet enrolled.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and sales updates.
- Consistently achieve monthly sales targets.
- Participate in call reviews, coaching sessions, and sales training.
- Share customer insights to improve the overall sales process.
Who We're Looking For
- 1–2 years of experience in Business Development, Inside Sales, or High-Ticket Sales.
- Prior experience selling coaching, consulting, education, wellness, or transformation-based offers is highly preferred.
- Strong consultative selling and objection-handling skills.
- Excellent follow-up discipline and pipeline management.
- Comfortable conducting sales calls via Zoom.
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
- Ability to work independently while remaining highly accountable.
Communication Requirements
- Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
- Ability to build trust, ask insightful questions, and confidently guide professional sales conversations.
- Marathi proficiency is mandatory.
- English and Hindi proficiency will be an added advantage.
