Key Responsibilities
· Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max & YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
· Manage lead generation, appointment booking, remarketing, and brand awareness campaigns.
· Optimize keywords, audiences, budgets, bids, and ad creatives to maximize conversions.
· Set up and monitor conversion tracking using GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel, and UTM parameters.
· Analyze campaign performance using CTR, CPC, CPL, CPA, ROAS, and recommend improvements.
· Collaborate with the design, content, and web teams to create high-converting campaigns.
Requirements
· 3–5 years of experience in Performance Marketing, Google Ads, Meta Ads, PPC, Paid Media, and Lead Generation.
· Strong knowledge of Google Ads Manager, Meta Ads Manager, GA4, GTM, Performance Max, YouTube Ads, and Conversion Tracking.
· Experience in SEM, audience targeting, remarketing, A/B testing, and landing page optimization.
· Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
· Experience in Healthcare/Hospital Marketing is preferred.
Qualification:
· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
· Google Ads and Meta certifications are an added advantage.
Pay: Up to ₹45,000.00 per month
