Role Description The Influencer Marketing Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai. This role is responsible for identifying, contacting, and onboarding influencers and content creators across platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, etc. The coordinator plans and executes influencer campaigns, manages outreach and communication, and tracks deliverables, timelines, and budgets. Day-to-day tasks include researching potential partners, negotiating collaboration terms, organizing product tastings or restaurant visits, and ensuring content aligns with brand guidelines and campaign objectives. The role also involves monitoring campaign performance, preparing reports, managing a creator database, and collaborating closely with social media, marketing, and operations teams to drive brand awareness and engagement.
Qualifications
- Experience in influencer marketing or social media coordination, including identifying, vetting, and managing relationships with creators and agencies.
- Strong skills in communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management to coordinate with influencers, internal teams, and external partners.
- Ability to plan, execute, and track campaigns, including budget management, timelines, content calendars, and performance reporting.
- Comfort working with social media platforms and basic analytics tools to measure reach, engagement, and return on campaign objectives.
- High level of organization, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple campaigns and initiatives simultaneously.
- Creative mindset with an understanding of food, pop culture, and digital trends, especially in the Indian market.
- Prior experience in food & beverage, consumer brands, or hospitality marketing is a strong plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work on-site in Mumbai, occasionally during evenings or weekends for events, shoots, or brand activations.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
