Job Summary
The Admin cum Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) is responsible for creating a warm and welcoming experience for customers while efficiently handling front office administration and customer relationship activities. The role includes greeting customers, providing product information, presenting product samples, resolving customer queries, coordinating with the sales and operations teams, and ensuring a pleasant customer experience that encourages repeat business.
Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Relationship
- Welcome every customer with a pleasant smile and professional attitude.
- Maintain excellent customer service standards throughout the customer visit.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable sweets, savouries, snacks, gift packs, and restaurant menu items.
- Present product samples to customers wherever applicable to enhance their buying experience.
- Explain product ingredients, taste profiles, shelf life, pricing, and current promotional offers.
- Handle customer feedback, complaints, and suggestions politely and ensure timely resolution.
- Build long-term customer relationships to encourage repeat visits.
- Maintain a customer database for festive orders, bulk orders, and loyalty programs.
- Follow up with customers regarding orders, deliveries, and special occasions.
Administration
- Manage front office operations and maintain visitor records.
- Attend phone calls, WhatsApp inquiries, and email communications professionally.
- Coordinate customer orders with production, kitchen, and billing teams.
- Maintain files, registers, and administrative documents accurately.
- Prepare daily reports related to customer enquiries, feedback, and sales support.
- Ensure proper display of brochures, promotional materials, and price lists.
- Assist in organizing promotional events, festive sales, and product launches.
Sales Support
- Support the sales team in promoting new products and seasonal offerings.
- Encourage upselling and cross-selling to increase customer satisfaction and sales.
- Coordinate corporate enquiries, party orders, and bulk bookings.
- Ensure timely communication with customers regarding order status.
Customer Welcome & Product Presentation
- Greet every customer with courtesy and professionalism.
- Escort customers whenever required and provide personalized assistance.
- Present product samples in a hygienic and attractive manner.
- Explain the unique features, ingredients, freshness, and quality of products.
- Encourage customers to experience new products through sample tasting.
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation standards in the sample display area.
- Ensure product presentation reflects the company's brand image.
Skills Required

- Ability to handle customer complaints calmly and professionally.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Excel).
- Experience using POS systems is an added advantage.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail and restaurant environment.
Qualification
- Any Graduate or Diploma.
- Certification in Customer Service or Hospitality is an added advantage.
Experience
- 0-1 year of experience in Customer Relationship, Front Office, Administration, Retail, Hospitality, or Restaurant operations. Freshers are also shall apply both MALE & FEMALE Candidates.
- Freshers with excellent communication and customer service skills may also be considered.

Pay: ₹16,000.82 - ₹19,281.95 per month
