- ROLE SUMMARY :
- The Profit Centre Manager is responsible for the complete ownership and management of the centre as an independent business unit. The role carries full accountability for revenue generation, profitability, sales performance, operational excellence, training quality, marketing initiatives, and team leadership. The incumbent will ensure consistent achievement of revenue targets, efficient centre operations, high-quality training delivery, and sustainable profitability. This position requires a strong business leader with a sales-driven mindset, operational expertise, and the ability to make data-backed decisions.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Revenue & Sales Leadership
- Drive revenue generation through the sale of IT and Non-IT training programs.
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual business targets.
- Generate business through:

● Corporate Organizations ● Direct Student Enrollments
- Develop and execute batch-wise sales strategies.
- Monitor daily sales pipelines and conversion metrics.
- Improve lead-to-admission conversion ratios.
- Conduct regular sales reviews using CRM and MIS reports.
- Train, mentor, and guide the sales team to achieve business objectives.
- Ensure consistent month-on-month revenue growth. Team Leadership & Performance Management
- Recruit, onboard, train, and manage sales, operations, and support teams.
- Establish clear KPIs and performance benchmarks.
- Conduct daily team huddles and weekly performance reviews.
- Foster a performance-driven and target-oriented culture.
- Mentor team members and support their professional development.
- Drive accountability, ownership, and collaboration across all functions.
- Data Analytics & Business Reviews
- Analyze key business metrics, including:
- ● Lead Conversion Performance● Cost per Acquisition● Batch Profitability● Trainer Effectiveness● Student Satisfaction Scores
- Review MIS reports regularly and implement corrective actions.
- Monitor performance dashboards and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure financial discipline and profitability management.
Operations & Administration Management
- Ensure smooth planning and execution of training schedules.
- Optimize batch sizes to maximize profitability.
- Monitor classroom utilization and resource allocation.
- Oversee student onboarding and enrollment processes.
- Manage attendance tracking, batch allocation, and scheduling.
- Maintain infrastructure, facilities, and learning environment standards.
- Ensure adherence to organizational policies and procedures. Training Quality & Academic Oversight
- Monitor trainer performance and delivery quality.
- Ensure timely completion of curriculum and training objectives.
- Review trainer ratings and student feedback regularly.
- Enhance learning outcomes and overall student satisfaction.
- Address academic concerns and escalations proactively.
Marketing Strategy & Business Development
- Plan and execute local marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate with the digital marketing team for lead generation activities.
- Organize seminars, workshops, webinars, and institutional engagement programs.
- Establish partnerships with colleges, universities, and corporate organizations.
- Monitor marketing effectiveness and optimize ROI.
- Execute promotional campaigns to support batch launches and admissions. Financial & Profitability Management
- Manage the centre as an independent profit centre.
- Monitor and control:

- Improve contribution margins and overall profitability.
- Identify and eliminate operational inefficiencies.
- Ensure sustainable month-on-month profit growth.
Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
