We are looking for a dedicated and organized HR Executive to handle day-to-day HR operations in our solar company. The candidate will be responsible for recruitment, employee onboarding, attendance management, payroll coordination, employee engagement, and HR documentation. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, knowledge of HR practices, and the ability to manage employee-related activities efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Hiring
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process for different departments.
- Post job openings on job portals, social media, and other hiring platforms.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with department heads.
- Conduct initial HR interviews and follow up with candidates.
2. Employee Onboarding & Documentation
- Handle joining formalities and employee induction process.
- Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and other HR-related documents.
- Maintain employee files, attendance records, and HR database.
- Ensure proper documentation for all employees.
3. Attendance, Leave & Payroll Coordination
- Monitor daily attendance, leave records, and employee punctuality.
- Coordinate with accounts/payroll team for monthly salary processing.
- Maintain attendance and payroll-related reports.
- Address employee queries regarding salary, leave, and company policies.
4. HR Operations & Employee Relations
- Support day-to-day HR operations and administrative activities.
- Assist in implementing HR policies and company rules.
- Handle employee grievances and maintain healthy employee relations.
- Support performance review and appraisal process.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and labour regulations.
5. Employee Engagement & Support
- Organize employee engagement activities and internal HR communication.
- Support training and development initiatives.
- Help create a positive and productive work culture.
Required Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Basic understanding of labour laws and HR policies
- Good command of MS Office and Excel
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Qualification
· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
· MBA / PG in HR will be an added advantage
Preferred Candidate Profile
- 1–3 years of HR experience
- Experience in manufacturing, engineering, electrical, renewable energy, or solar industry preferred
- Professional attitude with problem-solving and coordination skills
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
