Principal Responsibilities:
- Liaise with business users to gather and analyze requirements
- Liaise with the internal technical team wherever necessary
- Strong user management dealing with Front Office Investment professionals, compliance and traders
- Work in tandem with other teams and team members
- Review and identify business operational areas that need improvements and propose appropriate improvement plans
- Participate in business planning meetings and prioritize business needs and set business goals
- Assess business challenges and risks and develop mitigation plans
- Review and identify business gaps that need improvements and propose appropriate action plans
Knowledge / Skills & Experience:
- Prior working experience for 1 to 2 years as a software developer with good understanding of SDLC and various software development framework
- Must have at least 2 to 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst for a technology company
- Financial services domain experience will be an advantage
- A professional with a good work ethic who can work to tight deadlines, manage time appropriately and requires minimal supervision
- Must possess strong analytical skills and leadership qualities to grow into leadership positions
- Strong written, verbal and presentation skills
- Good interpersonal skills
Educational Requirements:
- A relevant undergraduate degree or post-graduate degree, MBAs preferred
