Key Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day office administration and facility management.
- Coordinate with vendors for housekeeping, security, maintenance, and office supplies.
- Manage office assets, stationery inventory, and procurement.
- Maintain administrative records, documentation, and reports.
- Coordinate employee travel, accommodation, and courier services.
- Ensure proper maintenance of office infrastructure and utilities.
- Support HR and other departments with administrative requirements.
- Handle incoming calls, visitors, and reception-related activities when required.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and administrative procedures.
- Perform any other administrative tasks assigned by management.
Required Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Good coordination and vendor management skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in Administration.
- Male candidates preferred.
- Candidates from Navi Mumbai will be preferred.
- Must be willing to work in rotational 3 shifts.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period will be given preference.

Pay: ₹10,091.08 - ₹32,494.96 per month
