Job Description – Senior Production Coordinator (Apparel)
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Senior Production Coordinator to oversee apparel production processes for international trade. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing production data, coordinating with cross-functional and overseas teams, ensuring timely execution of production activities, and maintaining data accuracy within the ERP system. This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and the ability to lead a team in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and maintain Style Masters and Production Orders in the ERP system.
- Generate and manage UPCs while ensuring complete data accuracy.
- Review buy sheets, order recaps, and production-related documentation.
- Coordinate with merchandising, sourcing, and overseas teams to resolve production-related issues.
- Monitor production schedules and ensure timely completion of assigned activities.
- Prepare production reports, dashboards, and trackers using Microsoft Excel.
- Perform quality checks on production data, including style setup, color codes, size scales, and other master data.
- Lead, mentor, and support a team of Production Coordinators to achieve operational objectives.
- Participate in and lead Microsoft Teams meetings with U.S.-based teams, providing project updates, discussing production issues, and ensuring effective communication.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement operational efficiencies.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and production standards.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Fashion, Apparel, Textile, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 6–12 years of experience in apparel production coordination, production planning, or a similar role.
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems; Blue Cherry ERP experience is highly preferred.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including reporting and data analysis.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills with the confidence to interact independently with international clients and U.S.-based teams.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work effectively in a dynamic environment.
- Prior team leadership or supervisory experience is preferred.
Shift Time 1 pm to 10 pm. Monday to Friday from Office and Saturday Work from home for pending work.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
