Job Title: Admin & Operations Executive

Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and organized Administrative Executive to support the day-to-day administrative and operational activities of the organization. The role involves coordinating field visits, managing travel and accommodation arrangements, handling communication with stakeholders, and ensuring smooth office administration.
Key Responsibilities
Field Operations Coordination
- Coordinate and schedule field visits for internal teams.
- Communicate with customers, farmers, vendors, and other stakeholders to arrange meetings and site visits.
- Maintain field visit schedules and ensure timely updates to concerned teams.
- Assist in planning and coordinating operational activities.
Travel & Accommodation Management
- Arrange travel bookings, including flights, trains, buses, and local transportation.
- Coordinate hotel and accommodation bookings for employees during official travel.
- Manage travel itineraries and provide logistical support to field teams.
- Maintain records of travel expenses and bookings.
Office Administration
- Manage day-to-day office administrative activities.
- Coordinate with vendors for office supplies, maintenance, and other administrative requirements.
- Ensure availability of office stationery and other essential resources.
- Maintain administrative records, documents, and reports.
- Assist management with scheduling meetings and administrative tasks.
Communication & Coordination
- Make and receive calls related to operational and administrative activities.
- Follow up with internal teams and external stakeholders as required.
- Handle email correspondence and maintain proper documentation.
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in Administration, Operations, Office Coordination, or related roles (Freshers with strong organizational skills may also apply).
- Good communication skills in English and local languages.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in travel and accommodation coordination.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
