Key Responsibilities:
* Identify & onboard new B2B partnerships
* Build strategic alliances & drive revenue growth
* Manage partner relationships, negotiations & agreements
* Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution
* Track partner performance & market opportunities
Requirements:
* 2–6 years of experience in B2B Sales / Partnerships / Channel Sales / Business Development
* Experience with pharmacy chains, distributors, FMCG, retail, or wholesale channels preferred
* Strong communication & negotiation skills
* Good stakeholder management abilities
* Knowledge of CRM tools & Excel
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
