We are looking for a Telecaller to join our educational institute. The candidate will be responsible for contacting prospective students, providing information about courses, and assisting the admissions team in converting inquiries into enrollments.
Key Responsibilities
- Call prospective students from the provided database or leads.
- Provide detailed information about courses, fees, schedules, and admission procedures.
- Follow up with interested students and parents to encourage enrollment.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, inquiries, and student details in the system.
- Schedule counseling sessions or campus visits for interested candidates.
- Handle incoming calls from students and answer their queries politely.
- Coordinate with the admissions and counseling team for lead conversion.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
