Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Admin Executive to manage employee attendance, biometric records, and administrative support activities. The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of MS Excel, strong coordination skills, and the ability to maintain accurate employee records.
Key Responsibilities
· Manage and monitor daily employee attendance and biometric records.
· Generate daily, weekly, and monthly attendance/MIS reports using MS Excel.
· Track employee absenteeism, late arrivals, leave records, and attendance discrepancies.
· Maintain accurate employee databases, administrative records, and data entry processes.
· Coordinate with HR and department heads regarding attendance and employee-related documentation.
· Support general administrative activities, onboarding documentation, email communication, and office coordination.
Required Skills
- Good knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Formulas, Data Management).
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to handle confidential employee information.
- Basic knowledge of attendance and biometric systems is preferred.
Qualification
- Any Graduate.
- 1–3 years of experience in Administration, HR Operations, Attendance Management, or Data Management.
