Position: Web Consultant – Kolkata
Experience Required: 1–5 Years
Job Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to Australian businesses.
- Introduce and explain website development, SEO, social media marketing, Google Ads, and other digital marketing services.
- Generate qualified leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
- Build and maintain positive client relationships.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
Requirements:
- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in international calling, telemarketing, lead generation, or sales preferred.
- Basic understanding of website services and digital marketing concepts.
- Ability to work in Australian business hours.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated attitude.
- Strong listening, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
