Role Overview
We are looking for enthusiastic and responsible Site Supervisors to manage and coordinate on-site solar installation activities. Both freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply. Candidates will work closely with installation teams to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and according to company quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily solar panel installation activities at project sites.
- Ensure installation work follows approved drawings, technical standards, and safety guidelines.
- Coordinate with installation teams, electricians, technicians, and subcontractors.
- Monitor project progress and maintain work timelines.
- Ensure proper use of PPE and adherence to site safety practices.
- Inspect installation quality of solar panels, structures, wiring, and inverters.
- Maintain site reports, attendance records, and progress updates.
- Manage site materials, tools, and equipment.
- Communicate with clients and reporting managers regarding project updates.
- Identify site issues and report/escalate them when necessary.
- Support testing, commissioning, and project handover activities.
Eligibility Criteria
- Freshers and candidates with 1–3 years of experience can apply.
- Diploma or Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, Renewable Energy, or related field preferred.
- Basic understanding of electrical systems and solar energy is an advantage.
- Willingness to travel and work at project sites.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work in a team and handle site responsibilities.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of solar PV systems and electrical safety practices.
- Experience in rooftop or ground-mounted solar projects will be an added advantage.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel/reporting documentation.
