Position Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead and execute Eurotech’s digital marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will take ownership of Google Ads, SEO/AEO, LinkedIn Marketing, and Analytics to increase brand visibility, generate qualified leads, and improve online performance.
This is a hands-on execution role requiring strong analytical skills, digital marketing expertise, and familiarity with AI-driven marketing trends.
Key Responsibilities
1. Google Ads Management
- Plan, create, and manage Google Search campaigns for:
- ISO Certification Services
- AWS CWI Training Programs
- CE Marking Services
- Conduct keyword research and campaign structuring.
- Develop compelling ad copy and extensions.
- Collaborate with technical teams to create high-converting landing pages.
- Optimize campaign performance through:
- Bid management
- Audience targeting
- Ad testing
- Budget allocation
- Monitor Cost per Lead (CPL), Cost per Acquisition (CPA), and ROI.
- Generate qualified leads and improve conversion rates.
2. SEO & AEO (Answer Engine Optimization)
- Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve organic rankings.
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
- Create and optimize content targeting commercial-intent keywords.
- Implement technical SEO best practices including:
- Meta tags
- Internal linking
- Structured data
- Page speed optimization
- Monitor Google Search Console and resolve indexing issues.
- Build location-based and industry-specific landing pages.
- Optimize content visibility for AI-powered search platforms such as:
- ChatGPT
- Gemini
- Claude
- Perplexity
3. LinkedIn Marketing
- Manage and grow Eurotech’s LinkedIn presence.
- Create engaging content for:
- Quality Managers
- HSE Professionals
- Procurement Managers
- Manufacturing Leaders
- Welding Professionals
- Develop content calendars and posting strategies.
- Run LinkedIn Sponsored Content campaigns.
- Increase audience engagement, followers, and lead generation.
4. Analytics & Reporting
- Configure and manage Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
- Implement conversion tracking for:
- Website forms
- Phone calls
- WhatsApp inquiries
- Build dashboards and reports using Looker Studio.
- Analyze channel performance and marketing effectiveness.
- Present actionable insights and recommendations to management.
Required Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Digital Marketing, or related field.
Experience
- 2–3 years of hands-on digital marketing experience.
- Proven experience managing Google Ads campaigns independently.
- Experience in SEO and content optimization.
- Experience handling LinkedIn marketing for B2B businesses.
- Strong understanding of analytics and conversion tracking.
