Role Summary
We are looking for an experienced International BDE to drive client acquisition for Finance & Accounting outsourcing services across the US, UK, Australia, Europe, and GCC markets. The candidate will manage the complete sales cycle, generate international leads, and build long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and convert international leads through multiple channels
- Handle end-to-end sales cycle: prospecting, calls, proposals, negotiation, and closure
- Sell services including Bookkeeping, Accounting, Payroll, AR/AP, MIS Reporting, and Virtual CFO
- Achieve monthly client acquisition targets
- Manage CRM pipeline, reporting, and forecasting
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis
- Coordinate with internal teams for onboarding and delivery
- Mentor and manage BD team members
Preferred Profile
- 4–7 years of B2B sales/business development experience
- Minimum 3 years in Finance/Accounting outsourcing or consulting firms
- Experience handling international clients (US/UK/Australia/GCC/Europe)
- Strong lead generation and client conversion skills
- Basic understanding of accounting services
- CRM experience and excellent English communication skills
- Flexible to work across international time zones
