Multi Credit Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) to join our Credit Operations team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing clients' financial documents, assessing financial viability, and preparing loan cases for submission to banks and financial institutions. The role requires strong expertise in financial statement analysis, credit assessment, and loan documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and review clients' financial statements, including Balance Sheets, Profit & Loss Accounts, Cash Flow Statements, and Income Tax Returns.
- Evaluate the financial health, profitability, liquidity, and repayment capacity of clients.
- Verify financial documents and ensure completeness and accuracy before loan submission.
- Prepare Credit Assessment Notes (CAN), financial summaries, and ratio analysis for loan proposals.
- Identify financial risks, discrepancies, and compliance issues in client documentation.
- Coordinate with Relationship Managers, Sales Teams, and clients to obtain additional financial information whenever required.
- Liaise with banks, NBFCs, and financial institutions during the loan appraisal and sanction process.
- Ensure all loan files comply with banking norms, RBI guidelines, and lender-specific documentation requirements.
- Support the preparation of CMA Data, projected financial statements, and other documents required for loan applications.
- Assist in structuring loan proposals based on the client's financial profile and funding requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of loan cases and ensure timely processing to meet turnaround timelines.
- Stay updated on banking policies, lending norms, and financial regulations.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) or Semi qualified CA.
- 5+ years of experience in Banking, NBFC, Financial Services, CA Firm, Credit Analysis, or Loan Processing.
- Strong knowledge of financial statement analysis, ratio analysis, CMA Data preparation, and loan documentation.
- Understanding of working capital, term loans, project finance, cash credit, overdraft facilities, and business loans.
- Familiarity with banking credit appraisal processes and financial due diligence.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and financial analysis tools.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple client files while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in a CA Firm handling bank finance and loan proposals.
- Hands-on experience in preparing CMA reports, projected financials, and credit appraisal documents.
- Knowledge of banking portals and lender documentation processes will be an added advantage.
Pay: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month
