Estimate the quantity and costs of materials and project estimation for Civil and MEP works. Prepare bill of Quantities and comparing Quantities as per drawings on the Site. Prepared basic cost of work items (Rate Analysis). Set budgets for payments, inventory needs, and materials. Negotiate with contractors and subcontractors. Prepare payments for contractors and subcontractors. Cost accounting & MIS for project Cost, labour & material used at site. Valuation of work completed for payment from client and payment to subcontractor. Preparation and Submission of Client Bill on time, monitor and close out the variation claims.
