Job Title: Human Resources Intern
Duration: 2 Months (Paid Internship)
About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive HR Intern to support our recruitment initiatives. This is a hands-on internship where you will take ownership of candidate sourcing, screening, and coordination with our leadership team to drive our hiring process forward.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and screen candidates for vacant positions using job boards, professional networks, and referrals
- Conduct preliminary candidate assessments and shortlist qualified applicants
- Coordinate with leadership team to schedule interviews and manage interview logistics
- Prepare offer letters and coordinate employee onboarding procedures
- Maintain organized records of all recruitment activities and candidate communications
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing or recent graduate in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Attention to detail with ability to manage multiple tasks
- Proficiency in MS Office and email management
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with teams
