We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Excel Data Entry & Operations Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with spreadsheets, managing data and handling basic communication tasks.
Responsibilities
- Enter, update, and maintain data accurately in Microsoft Excel
- Organize and manage large sets of data efficiently
- Review and verify information for accuracy
- Create reports, sheets, and maintain records
- Handle applicant/customer details and update databases
- Coordinate with team members for data collection and updates
- Basic calling/follow-up with clients or applicants (if required)
Requirements
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel (Formulas, Filters, Sorting, VLOOKUP preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Basic computer knowledge and internet browsing skills
- Good communication skills
- Ability to manage workload and meet deadlines
- Prior experience in data entry is a plus
