Having min 1-2 years in Experience in customer Tech support, dealing with clients
having good communication and presentation skills. Comfortable using online meeting tools, CRM systems, and MS Office applications.
Job Responsibilities:-
Reach out to clients & prospective customers to introduce Co CRM software solutions.
Conduct online CRM product demonstrations, explaining the platform's features and benefits.
Support onboarding of new customers and assist them in setting up their accounts
and workflows of the software purchase
Provide day-to-day support to users utilizing the CRM platform.
Coordinate with internal product and technical teams to resolve customer queries and improve customer experience.
Follow up with B2B clients - leads generated through marketing campaigns and digital outreach
activities for the CRM software solutions
Maintain proper records of customer interactions and updates using CRM tools.
Build strong relationships with customers to improve retention and long-term
engagement.
Assist in collecting customer feedback for continuous CRM software product improvement.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
