Job Description
Decore Designz Studio is looking for a friendly, well-spoken, and organized Telecaller cum Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a professional attitude to manage client and vendor communications.
Responsibilities
- Attend incoming client calls professionally.
- Follow up with clients regarding inquiries, appointments, and ongoing projects.
- Coordinate and follow up with vendors and suppliers.
- Welcome and assist walk-in clients at the studio.
- Schedule appointments and maintain call records.
- Handle basic reception and office administrative tasks.
- Communicate effectively with the design team and ensure smooth coordination.
Requirements
- Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Telugu (preferred).
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, WhatsApp).
- Pleasant personality with strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and stay organized.
- Prior experience in telecalling or reception is preferred, but freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome.
