Kwick Dental Clinic is looking for a skilled and confident Associate Dentist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should be capable of handling the clinic independently, providing comprehensive dental care, and maintaining high standards of patient satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and treat dental conditions independently.
- Perform routine dental procedures including restorations, extractions, RCT assistance, scaling, and crown-related treatments.
- Develop and explain treatment plans to patients.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
- Ensure adherence to infection control and sterilization protocols.
- Build strong patient relationships and provide excellent patient care.
Requirements
- BDS (Mandatory)
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience.
- Ability to manage the clinic independently.
- Good communication and patient management skills.
- Strong diagnostic and treatment planning abilities.
- Immediate joining preferred.
