The Associate/ Sr.Associate – Corporate Volunteering will be responsible for driving high-impact volunteering programs with corporate partners, ensuring seamless execution and engagement. The role involves strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, and program management to foster meaningful collaborations between corporates and Bhumi’s volunteering initiatives.

Plan and execute corporate volunteering events (on-ground and virtual) ensuring smooth delivery and high-quality participant experience.

Manage event operations and stakeholder coordination, including volunteers, vendors, facilitators, and internal teams.

Achieve and maintain a customer satisfaction score of 90%+ across all volunteering engagements.

Track, measure, and report program impact, including volunteer participation, feedback, outcomes, and success stories.

Drive innovation and continuous improvement by enhancing volunteer engagement, introducing new activity formats, and optimizing processes.
Preferred Qualifications & Experience:
Graduate/Postgraduate degree in any discipline.
Experience in corporate partnerships, CSR, volunteering, or event management is a plus.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Ability to plan and execute large-scale events effectively.
Knowledge of CSR frameworks and corporate engagement strategies is desirable.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
People engagement, networking, and listening skills.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and basic data analysis.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
Willingness to travel locally and regionally for events and meetings.

Scope: Full-time
Remuneration: CTC 3.5-6 Lakhs p.a. (based on experience)
Location: Bengaluru
Minimum Commitment: Two years
