Job Summary
We are looking for an energetic, confident, and target-oriented D2D Sales Executive to promote our products/services through direct customer visits and generate new business opportunities in the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit customers door-to-door and introduce company products/services.
- Generate new leads and identify potential customers.
- Explain product features, benefits, pricing, and offers clearly.
- Conduct product/service demonstrations when required.
- Convert prospects into customers and achieve sales targets.
- Follow up with interested customers and close sales.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Collect customer feedback and provide market insights.
- Maintain daily records of customer visits, leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Submit daily/weekly sales reports to the reporting manager.
- Cover assigned areas and achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets.

- Comfortable with extensive field work and door-to-door sales.

Qualification & Experience
- Qualification: Plus Two / Diploma / Any Bachelor's Degree.
- Experience: 0–3 years in field sales, direct sales, D2D sales, BDE, or business development.
- Freshers with good communication and convincing skills are welcome.
- Previous field-sales experience will be an added advantage.
