Key Responsibilities
1. Hiring & Talent Acquisition
- Manage end-to-end hiring across design, production, retail, and operations
- Screen candidates and assess role fit before founder interactions
- Coordinate interviews and drive closures efficiently
- Build and maintain pipelines for key roles
2. Employee Management & HR Operations
- Manage onboarding, documentation, and employee records
- Handle probation, confirmations, exits, and HR processes
- Support payroll coordination and basic HR administration
3. Team Communication & Coordination
- Act as a bridge between founder and teams
- Handle employee queries, concerns, and day-to-day issues
- Ensure smoother coordination across departments
4. People & Culture Support
- Help build a stable and structured team environment
- Support in managing team expectations and reducing friction
- Bring consistency in people management practices
5. HRMS, Policies & Compliance
- Implementation of HR policies
- Hands-on experience with HRMS and its payroll-related knowledge & coordination
- Ensure adherence to HR SOPs, internal processes, and governance standards across all HR functions
- Ensure documentation and compliance requirements are met
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in an HR generalist or people operations role
- Strong experience in screening and managing hiring processes
- Hands-on experience with HRMS
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to handle employee interactions with maturity and empathy
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, founder-led environment
- Exposure to fashion, retail, or creative industries is preferred
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
