We are looking for a skilled and experienced (Min. 3 years) Civil Engineer with knowledge of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) coordination and Landscaping works. The candidate will be responsible for supervising civil construction activities, coordinating with MEP teams, monitoring site execution, and ensuring quality, safety, and timely completion of projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage day-to-day civil construction activities at site.
- Coordinate with MEP teams for smooth execution of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, fire fighting, and related services.
- Monitor landscaping and external development works including pathways, greenery, irrigation systems, and beautification projects.
- Ensure work execution as per approved drawings, specifications, and project timelines.
- Conduct site inspections and maintain quality standards.
- Prepare project reports, BOQs, estimates, and material requirements.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, architects, and consultants.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and construction standards.
- Monitor project progress and resolve site-related technical issues.
- Maintain proper documentation and project records.
Requirements
- Master's / Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- Knowledge of MEP coordination and landscaping works is mandatory.
- Experience in commercial, or institutional projects will be preferred.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management tools.
- Strong site supervision and coordination skills.
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
