Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused telecaller to join our auto repair center staff. In addition to making service appointments and following up on vehicle maintenance, the candidate will be in charge of answering incoming and outgoing client calls, gathering customer feedback, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct outgoing calls to clients for:
Maintenance alerts
Confirmation of appointments
Gathering feedback
Marketing promotions and campaigns
Manage incoming calls concerning service reservations and client inquiries.
Arrange and manage vehicle servicing appointments with the workshop staff.
Keep customer information current in CRM/software systems.
Check in with clients about outstanding services and grievances.
Required Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/CRM handling).
- Strong customer handling and convincing ability.
- Ability to work under targets and deadlines.
- Positive attitude and professional telephone etiquette.
