Role Overview
The Coordination Executive will support daily business operations by managing communication, coordination, documentation, reporting, and administrative tasks. This role is ideal for candidates with experience in international voice processes or customer support who are looking to transition into a structured desk-based role.
The position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, professionalism, and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Operational & Coordination Support
- Handle internal communication through calls, emails, and virtual meetings.
- Coordinate with different departments and teams for smooth day-to-day operations.
- Maintain records, reports, documents, and databases accurately.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and meeting summaries when required.
- Support scheduling, follow-ups, and task coordination for management.
- Respond professionally to client or stakeholder queries and provide timely updates.
- Maintain and organize company data, files, and documentation.
- Assist in process coordination and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Work closely with team members to improve workflow and operational efficiency.
- Ensure professional communication and consistency across all interactions.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any field preferred.
- 1–2 years of experience in International Voice Process.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Comfortable handling emails, calls, and professional client communication.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Good problem-solving and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively.
- Professional attitude and ability to handle confidential information.
Preferred Background
- Experience in International BPO / Voice Process / Customer Service environments.
- Candidates looking to transition from voice process roles into desk-based operational or coordination roles.
- Exposure to reporting, documentation, or backend support processes is an advantage.
